ON JULY 19 the Debutantes for the St. Mary’s Catholic Debutante Ball were out in full force to the theme of Enchanted Forest and they all certainly looked amazing!
The auditorium was the perfect venue backdrop, adorned with fairy lights and white and gold flowers as eight young ladies made their debut in front of a packed house of family, and friends.
The Debutantes were received by Father Hilary Rotich, Parish Priest of St Mary's and stunned as one by one they were presented to the audience.
Matron of Honour was Mrs. Cathy Davidson, accompanied by Mr. Bryne Davidson. Debutantes received by Father Hilary Rotich, Parish Priest of St Mary's. Bryne wore a dark blue suit, teamed with a black and red tie.
The Flower girls all wore green fairy costumes and included - Evie-Lorraine McKinnon - daughter of Jamie-Lee and Cory McKinnon, Halle Judd - daughter of Casey and Josh Judd, Winnie Wendt - daughter of Mia and Mark Wendt, Frankie Pettit - daughter of Jennifer and Mitchell Pettit and Bailey Walsh - daughter of Rebecca and Sean Walsh.
Page boy was Henry Pursehouse - son of Amy and Ian Pursehouse, who dressed as an elf.
The cake was made and decorated to suit the theme by Dagmar McIntyre and from all reports was as magnificent as it looked.
The Debutante speech on the evening was delivered by Claudia Hopper and Mia Pettit who both did a fabulous job.
Without a doubt it was certainly a night of nights and a wonderful evening for all concerned.
